Leveraging AI to Overcome Barriers in Employment for Non-EU International Students

This postdoctoral research project is supported by a €36,000 Finnish Cultural Foundation grant from the Huhtamäki Fund, awarded for the first year of a planned two-year funding arrangement. The application identifies the Migration Institute of Finland as the place of work/study and a 12-month postdoctoral research period.

Because of subsequent employment at the University of Turku, use of the awarded grant was formally postponed with the Finnish Cultural Foundation’s approval. The permitted deferral extends until January 2030. The current website plan is to begin in April 2028 at the Migration Institute of Finland. Second-year continuation funding has not been confirmed.
