ABSTRACT / چکیده

This article aims to explore how managers can ensure their businesses are not exposed to undue risk levels and determine whether organizational management aligns with expectations. By utilizing control levers, management and organizations can identify existing challenges and employ diagnostic, boundary, belief (value-based), and interactive control systems to achieve organizational objectives. Each of these components plays a critical role in identifying limitations and proposing solutions for management. This article provides an overview of control levers at the organizational level.
