It\u2019s about connection \u2014 recognising when a student is struggling, offering the right support at the right time, and building trust that allows real learning to happen. It requires emotional intelligence, patience, and empathy.<br \/><br \/>What stood out to me most is the idea of teachers as role models. Beyond knowledge, we help shape how students think, grow, and see themselves.
