By leveraging <strong data-start=\"678\" data-end=\"776\">AI-driven job-matching platforms, automated translation tools, and personalized career support<\/strong>, I aim to develop practical solutions that foster <strong data-start=\"827\" data-end=\"865\">equitable employment opportunities<\/strong> and strengthen Finland\u2019s labor market inclusivity.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"920\" data-end=\"1317\">A big thank you to the <strong data-start=\"943\" data-end=\"974\">Finnish Cultural Foundation<\/strong> for supporting this important work! \ud83d\ude4c I also want to express my gratitude to my <strong data-start=\"1056\" data-end=\"1108\">colleagues at the Migration Institute of Finland<\/strong> for their invaluable <strong data-start=\"1130\" data-end=\"1165\">comments, support, and feedback<\/strong> on my project.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1319\" data-end=\"1559\">I\u2019m excited to collaborate with researchers, policymakers, and industry experts working at the intersection of <strong data-start=\"1430\" data-end=\"1472\">AI, migration, and labor market policy<\/strong>.
