Organizational behavior is closely linked to culture and structure, making these factors essential considerations in strategic decision-making. This paper begins by defining organizational culture, structure, and behavior. It then explores the relationship between culture and structure and their impact on behavior. Additionally, we examine various approaches to work subdivision at both the organizational and unit levels. To gain a deeper understanding of organizations, we analyze organizational behavior, culture, and structure as fundamental components of an organization’s framework and present their interrelationships.
